Cancellation Policy
At Coastrait Ltd., we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team, while also ensuring smooth operations.
Cancellation by the Guest
- More than 48 hours before the activity: You may cancel your booking for a full refund if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
- 24 to 48 hours before the activity: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 24 hours before the activity or no-show: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
Cancellation by Coastrait Ltd.
In the rare event that we must cancel an activity due to bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, guests will be offered one of the following options:
- A credit voucher valid for 12 months
- A full refund
- A rescheduled date for the same tour
We always aim to inform you as early as possible should any such changes occur.
Modifications & Rescheduling
We allow free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability. For changes within 24–48 hours, a rescheduling fee may apply.
